Some children have difficulty combining words to make sentences correctly. Others have difficulty expressing themselves and explaining. Describing or telling a story can be hard. Some children have difficulty using language for social interaction or meaningful conversations with others. Language problems can affect problem-solving skills, the ability to read and comprehend, and written expression often required in school.
